Health of self
For me having good personal and physical health is by exercising, eating the right food, staying hydrated, having good hygiene, protecting your immune system, going to the doctor regularly, caring for your teeth and eyes and taking vitamins if necessary. Mental health for me is keeping your self emotionally healthy by being positive about negative situations, keeping yourself confident, and making yourself happy all the time. Social health for me is to keep in touch with friends and family members, have friends that lead you in the right path and have a good influence, Be part of a social networking site that helps you stay connected. And last, spiritual health means keeping your culture alive by eating traditional food, wearing traditional clothes and more. ALso practice your religion so you can be spiritually healthy and have a good life on Earth.
